I am beyond hyped to introduce our the newest collaboration boot with Wesco.
We finally used our olive chromexcel leather from Horween , on this pretty much darn near perfect boot.

A few years back we wanted to make an everyday boot with Wesco and brought you The Brockie.
Using the Jobmaster platformm we tweaked it in a way that we felt would cover all the bases for what we wanted in a daily boot.
We cut the heel slightly shorter for those everyday moments.
went with a 6" height so its not too short and not too tall...
added a toe cap for just a hint of class,
Originally we used our Horween CXL leather that we introduced on our original collaboration Short Stack,
This time around we used their Deep and Bloody amazing Burgundy Leather .. dressed with all black details

The Brockie is inspired by the one and only Dave Brockie the late singer of the band GWAR.If you ever saw GWAR ... Youll know why we chose the Bloody look of the Burgundy Leather.For years Dave inspired me to take matters into my own hands and fostered a DIY attitude that I’ve brought to every project I’ve ever been faced with.I was lucky enough to meet Dave when I was pretty young , and we kept in contact over the years .. I’ll never forget seeing my phone display the name “Oderus Urungus”The day Dave passed away, I for some reason had an urge to go see him , I looked up the date of the GWAR-BQ and thought about messaging him to let him know I was going to come ... the next morning I found out he had passed... When I met Dave , he was the age I am now, I’ll never forget introducing him to Steve Caballero and hearing him say that he was old as fuck... ha thinking back I shake my head, looking at myself as a little punk skate rat and how this fucked up character inspired and pushed me to be the person I am today... last year I started working on a boot with my homie Ryan (@3GKnuck on Instagram)
and wouldn't you know it.. literally the day before we go to make it happen, Ship John makes the same damn boot !
So back to the drawing board.
I started thinking about what it is we dig.. Motorcycles.
Which got me thinking about Bon Jovi. "On a steel horse I ride ... " little bit of cowboy ... little bit biker , little bit rock and roll.
I am beyond hyped to introduce our the newest collaboration boot with Wesco in conjunction with our homie Ryan Grossman (@3gKnuck) , The Vintage Dream.
Low heel, low toe, 1" over straps, 11", rough out British tan, Morrison boot.

- On a brannock foot measuring device I measure a size 11 I personally wear a size 10E in the Wesco Boss ( yes I have a wide foot)

I wear a size 10 in the IronHeart Low top Sneaker , size 10 in Converse 70s Chucks
And not that I would ever wear them .. I checked my size in the Bluntstones for a customer and I would never be caught dead in a size 10.
With the Wesco Mr Lou , i have mine custom made, because of the narrower shaft I have trouble getting my feet in past the vamp on the boot.
If you have a fairly standard foot , your regular size with standard width should work.
If you don't see your size option , both WIDTH OR LENGTH . you can order the closest size and then leave me a note on the order. I will confirm with each order in regards to sizing.
If you have a custom fit with Wesco already, there is no up-charge for a custom fit . Just select the Wesco Form Custom option.
If you want to make a new custom form select "New Custom Form" and I will send you out a form to fill out and send into Wesco
Wesco is currently changing the last used for the Mr Lou boot, current Mr Lou lasts fit narrower than a standard boss last. For production our Mr Lou will use the new last which is more true to size width wise .
If you are concerned at all about sizing , i suggest selecting the new custom form option. I personally have wide feet with a high arch, making a lot of stock pull on boots nearly impossible for me to get on.
When you select new custom , I will send you out a new form that you can send in to Wesco, along with an easy to follow step by step video on how to measure your foot.
If theres any question on sizing , The cost of a new custom form is cheaper than the cost of sending boots back and forth
