Every April and May, Vancouver sends out the sniffers in force to hunt down all you motorcycle riders. Loud pipes , front fenders, brakes, chains blah blah blah... whatever else they can get you for, they will try.
A couple years ago we finally had enough and spent a few days talking to the VPD, going over the Motor Vehicle Act and talking with supervisor of the CVI.
