The Shop x Little Hand & co. 13.5 oz unsanforized Japanese selvedge denim jeans are reengineered from a vintage pair of soviet era work pants I found in a thrift store in Pairs. The design (which was probably stolen originally from a pair of US navy work pants) was quite unique and had to have them.
When the opportunity to make something with Little Hand & co presented itself in 2025 we knew this would be the direction we wanted to go.
Using little hands proprietary 13.5oz unsanforized LH06 Japanese selvedge denim the TSX1 was born.
Please note these jeans are "shrink to fit" and use an unsanforized, raw japanese selvedge denim. Shrinkage of approx 10% is to be expected with your first siak / wash. The one wash examples on our chart are from a machine wash using delicate wash, cold water with the spin cycle turned off and hanging the jeans dry for about 24 hours.
Shrinkage may vary depending on the temperature of the water used and time the item is allowed to soak.

Sizing.
I typically wear a size 33 in Ironheart 888 and 1955 and I am wearing a tag size 35 in The Shop TSX1. After the initial was ( cold water, delicate cycle, no spin and hang dry) the tag 35 fit perfect on the second button setting ( approx 33 waist) without a belt and I often wear them on the regular 35" waist button with a belt. After I think about 9 weeks of wear I washed the jeans a second time in the same method and will note there was no noticeable extra shrinkage.
I have many customers asking how these relate to cuts like the Iron Heart 555 or 777... and all I can really say is that they are nothing like it. much higher in the rise and a much wider leg.
